Bexven is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Manual Contact List Researcher to join our team in Adabar, Dhaka. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in lead generation, online research, and business data management.
The selected candidate will help research and collect contact information for small businesses across different industries.
Responsibilities:
Research small businesses online
Collect business contact information including names, phone numbers, emails, websites, and LinkedIn profiles
Organize data in Google Sheets or Excel
Verify and maintain accurate records
Complete assigned research tasks within deadlines
Requirements:
Basic computer and internet research skills
Familiarity with Google Search and social media platforms
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in lead generation or digital marketing
Good communication and organizational skills
Previous research or data entry experience is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Internship salary: BDT 10,000 – 12,000 per month

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Email Copywriter who knows how to turn cold prospects into warm replies. This is not a branding or newsletter role. We need someone who can write high-converting outbound emails that spark conversations and drive replies. If you understand buyer psychology, can quickly identify pain points, and craft irresistible offers in just a few sentences — we want to work with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Write cold and warm outbound sales emails that generate replies and booked meetings
  • Craft short, punchy, personalized email sequences (not long-form content)
  • Research prospects and understand their pain points
  • Develop compelling offers and hooks that drive action
  • A/B test subject lines, angles, and messaging
  • Optimize copy based on performance data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and positioning

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of email copywriting experience (sales or outbound preferred)
